  2. Service Not as Described: If the service provided does not match the description or features promised at the time of purchase, and we are unable to correct the issue, you may request a refund.

  3. Service Outages: If the IPTVCanadian service experiences prolonged outages or interruptions (more than 48 hours) that are not resolved promptly, you may qualify for a refund.

  4. Duplicate Charges: If you are mistakenly charged more than once for the same service, we will promptly refund the duplicate charges.

  5. Accidental Purchases: If a purchase was made accidentally and the service has not been used, you may request a refund within 24 hours of the purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Please note that refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for changes in personal preferences or if you decide you no longer wish to use the service.
  • Violation of Terms: Refunds will not be granted if you are found to be in violation of IPTVCanadian’s terms of service.
  • Third-Party Devices or Issues: IPTVCanadian is not responsible for the performance of third-party devices or internet issues beyond our control. Refunds will not be provided for problems related to these factors.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
